Have You Been Born Again?
By | July 29, 2009
The singers above are lifting their voices about the new relationship that comes with giving your life to Jesus Christ. The song melds the miraculous change that happens when you accept Jesus as your Savoir with the first act of obedience to Him. To demonstrate your obedience to the Lord and pronounce your conversion to the world you go and “be baptized.”
If you don’t know Him as your personal Savior, I invite you to ask the Lord into your heart today. Confess your sin to Him and ask Him to forgive you and He will. He died for you on a cross over two thousand years ago that today you may be saved. It won’t cost you a thing because Jesus paid it all.
Meditate on this scripture:
John 3:16
King James Version (KJV)
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

My Hope is Built on Nothing Less”by Edward Mote, 1797-18741. My hope is built on nothing lessThan Jesus’ blood and erghtiousness;I dare not trust the sweetest frame,But wholly lean on Jesus’ name.On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; All other ground is sinking sand.2. When darkness veils His lovely face,I rest on His unchanging grace; In every high and stormy galeMy anchor holds within the veil.On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; All other ground is sinking sand.3. His oath, His covenant, and bloodSupport me in the whelming flood; When every earthly prop gives way,He then is all my Hope and Stay.On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; All other ground is sinking sand.4. When He shall come with trumpet sound,Oh, may I then in Him be found,Clothed in His erghtiousness alone,Faultless to stand before the throne! On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; All other ground is sinking sand.We want to sing, too, you guys!! 🙂
